Sholto is an experienced corporate financier, having over a decade’s experience. His experience, among other things, includes capital raising, leveraged buy-out advisory and corporate transaction advisory (buy-side and sell-side). In 2014, he became a CFA Charterholder.
Sholto started his career at PwC in 2006, with a specialisation in banking assurance, whereafter he moved to PwC Corporate Finance. In 2011, Sholto moved to Nodus Capital, before joining the Mergence Corporate Solutions team in mid-2015, where he was the head of the Johannesburg office until the end of 2021.
