Peter’s extensive knowledge includes a thorough understanding of value chains and distribution systems or processes that enable the cost-effective reach of consumers. He has particular expertise in the assessment of market-potential versus business-risk in these markets, and specialist knowledge in the establishment of FMCG businesses from scratch with a focus on Africa.
