Kemp leads the Structured Solutions team. He spent time at the South African Revenue Services and he was part of the team that started Project Finance at ABSA (United Bank). In 2002 he joined an international accounting firm, BDO, as Head of Tax. BDO Global awarded him an International Tax award and later appointed him as Head of Advisory. During this time he attended Harvard Business School.
