Soria Hay, Head of Corporate Finance at Bravura calls on Black Women Graduates:

“The fast-paced world of Corporate Finance is calling. If you are a top academic performer, hungry to learn about business and transactions and believe that you have the X-factor that sets you apart, then you should immediately apply. Once in Corporate Finance, you will never look back!”

Mergers and acquisitions, capital raises, listings and B-BBEE transactions shape the South African corporate landscape.  The Bravura Corporate Finance Graduate Academy is offering an opportunity for two Black Women  to join Bravura for a 12-month training programme, with the possibility of at least a further 12 months (subject to performance). Bravura Holdings Limited is an investment banking firm specialising in corporate finance and structured solutions services.  Bravura Holdings has a primary listing on the Stock Exchange of Mauritius and a secondary listing on the Namibia Stock Exchange.  It has offices in Mauritius, South Africa, Namibia and Australia. Our anchor shareholders include African Rainbow Capital Investments and the founders of the Bravura group.

Bravura’s Corporate Finance team supports and encourages continuous learning and technical proficiency. Our wide, multi-sector client base will allow you to obtain exposure to an array of corporate transactions. Against this backdrop of on-the-job training, you will also write the CFA Level 1 examination in the initial 12-month period. If you have already passed this examination prior to joining our programme, you will attend the Johannesburg Stock Exchange Sponsor Development Programme.

Excellence and agility in delivering solutions for sophisticated clients is what sets Bravura’s professionals apart from their peers. With two decades of best-in-class advisory and structuring behind us, Bravura is excited about the future and they invite YOU to be part of this future.
