Bravura acted as advisor to Tower Property Fund Limited, a JSE listed Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT), on strategic matters linked to its offshore property portfolio based in Croatia and the introduction of suitable equity investors. Bravura identified and introduced Oryx Properties Limited, a property loan stock company listed on the Namibian Stock Exchange. This resulted in a total investment by Oryx of R300 million, structured as a R200 million sell-down by Tower in the offshore portfolio and a R100 million equity cash injection into a newly formed offshore entity holding the portfolio.
