Corporate Finance Principal

The primary function of a Principal is to ensure that corporate finance mandates are implemented successfully. A person in this role leads, guides and mentors the team assigned to a mandate, is the primary interface with the client and is responsible and accountable for the services rendered to the client. The rationale for the role is three-fold: to ensure the necessary work is done to implement mandates, to exercise quality control over such work, and thereby to be the primary generator of fee income.
